These Stollen were produced in a bakery called Kuchenmeister, this is a German bakery over 100 years old and the stollen recipe goes back to the 1500s!
Stollens are a typical European festive yeast dough filled with raisins, candied orange and lemon peels. Certain stollens are also filled with marzipan. The surface is powdered with a white decor powder.
All are made with the fruits, BUTTER and dairy that Europe is world famous for.
